The August 14th issue of the Chronicle of the Horse has a one page article about Catherine and Genesis' accomplishments as Junior Young Rider and at the FEI level.  As alternates for Region 7 junior young rider team, they missed out on a trip to Kentucky, but the pair competed at the Golden State Warm Up Cool Down show for three wins in the Prix St. Georges Open classes.

Catherine and her mom have been great about keeping us up to date with her accomplishments on Genesis, whom she purchased from us when he was a five year old.  Catherine was just 15 when she paired up with Genesis.  Now at twenty, they have really developed well together.

We purchased Genesis from the breeder, in northern Germany about 6 years ago.  The small breeder has had many successes with his horses over the years since, selling young horses for six figure price tags in the Elite Hanoverian auctions in Verden.
